California Dreamin'

Designed to relax and dream away days or nights, these homeowners turned their backyard into bona fide outdoor L.A. style living.

Spanish Charmer 

Having evolved from its original debut on the 2017 tour, this backyard now incorporates a variety of large metal art pieces and established plants grown from friends' gifted cuttings.

 Labor of Love

Combining blood, sweat and tears with a bit of grant funding, this DIY homeowner was able to design and build every element needed to grow a variety of plants and veggies.

Prolific Orchard

A unique layout which incorporates several fruit-producing trees and ample seating areas, this backyard is proof that imagination is more important than acreage.

With a bit of help from his neighbor and free time during the pandemic, this owner was motivated to totally transform his yard into his happy place.

Beautiful Bounty

The Degnan Micro-Farm, staffed by Crop Swap LA members, welcomes ticketed tour guests a close-up look at the prolific produce beds adorning the front yard. They'll also get an opportunity to view the backyard's unique solar powered irrigation system using recycled rainwater. Crop Swap LA provides valuable information and resources for growing produce in urban settings and offers local subscribers healthy micro-farm grown produce to residents in need (there's currently a waitlist.)
